DataSys strives to do things right the first time by developing a realistic plan, building in contingencies, and thinking outside-the-box where warranted. We draw inspiration from the many success and challenges of Boston sports team, positive domestic and world events, and the hum of daily life.
Our Best Practices were established at the outset in 1996 and many have stood the test of time.
In partnership with our customers, we have implemented hundreds of Great Plains systems and upgraded close to 1,000 Great Plains systems. Our team includes the technical staff at Microsoft, and we have spent over 20 years developing deep resources at Microsoft and with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
Two years ago, we launched our implementation practice for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), with incorporating most of our best practices for implementing Great Plains since 1996. Our partnership with Microsoft and ISVs carried forward to our BC practice.
Most of our customers are in New England, especially Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, with support for customers' global operations.
While DataSys devotes considerable time to stay on top of Great Plains, 365 Business Central, and technology changes, we also put a lot of stock in soft skills training. Employee workshops have deepened skills for managing conflict, leaving effective voicemails, and hosting effective customer events. Whether we shake your hand or fix your data, you are a “customer of one.”
